When you deposit your Royal Dunes week into RCI’s exchange system, it receives a Trading Power value. Think of this as the currency you use to book other resorts. The higher your Trading Power, the more exchange options you have access to.
RCI calculates Trading Power using five factors – and Royal Dunes performs exceptionally well across all of them:

Deposit Your Week
Log into your RCI account and deposit your Royal Dunes week. The earlier you deposit, the better your Trading Power. RCI immediately assigns your Trading Power number.
Search & Compare
Browse the network by destination, dates, unit size, or resort amenities. RCI’s system shows you what’s accessible with your Trading Power. Filter by beach, mountains, cities, golf courses, ski resorts – whatever calls to you.
Confirm Your Stay
Found something that works? Confirm the exchange. If it requires less Trading Power than your deposit, the difference stays in your account as credit toward future bookings. Need more Trading Power? You can combine multiple deposits.
Plan Your Trip
Once confirmed, RCI provides resort contact information and check-in details. Add hotels, rental cars, or activities through RCI’s travel platform to complete your trip at member rates.
