    Royal Dunes is centrally located in the Port Royal community on Hilton Head Island. We’re minutes from Coligny Beach, Sea Pines Resort, Harbour Town Golf Links, Shelter Cove Marina, Port Royal Plaza shopping, and dozens of island restaurants. The resort sits between the golf course and ocean – central to everything Hilton Head offers.

    What resort amenities are available?
    Two outdoor pools (one heated), children’s pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, picnic areas with grills, children’s playground, tennis courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, bicycle parking, and free covered parking.
    Do I need a car?
    While Hilton Head is best explored by car, the resort is centrally located with beach access within walking distance. Many guests find having a vehicle helpful for exploring restaurants and island attractions.
    Is parking available?

    What are my maintenance fees?
    Maintenance fees are determined annually based on the resort’s operating budget. Owners elect a board of directors who oversee the budget and operations to ensure Royal Dunes remains the resort you love.
    When are maintenance fees due?

    Can I upgrade my season?

  • What’s included in the Unlimited Sports Package?

    Unlimited daily golf at five championship courses (Barony, Robbers Row, Oyster Reef, Shipyard, and Palmetto Hall), unlimited tennis and pickleball at Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, and 10% off dining and Pro Shop purchases. Up to four players daily for just $160/week.

    $160 per week covers up to four players every day of your stay. Cart fees at golf courses are paid separately.
    How do I add it to my stay?
    Request the Unlimited Sports Package when booking, at check-in, or contact us in advance to secure availability.
    Is it available year-round?
